Domestic & International shipping

A minimum Shipping rate of $8.99 applies per order. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be prepared, packaged and shipped. Once shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you. Unfortunately HeyLuv Design is unable to process international orders. If you have any questions regarding your order please email us at info@heyluvdesign.com or look your account.

Damaged or Faulty goods

If your product is damaged or faulty please email info@heyluvdesigns.net. Before any product is sent to production or shipped, we send an art proof to be approved by the customer. Because of the custom nature of the artwork and the customers approval of art, no product can be exchanged or returned once shipped.
